We want you to be pleased with your Len Larson Jewelry Company purchase. If, however, you decide to return your purchase for a refund or exchange within 30 days, simply send the merchandise back, in its original state, (we cannot accept merchandise that has been altered, damaged, or special ordered), secured in its original containers, including gift boxes, invoices, and certificates. Place the box inside the return packaging you received with your original shipment. Ship your purchase to via U.S. Postal Service. Please insure the package for the full amount of the purchase price and ship it, with the return receipt, using the return packaging. Please do not send any packages C.O.D., as we will not accept product returns shipped C.O.D. If you no longer have the return packaging, please contact us. We will send you an email to let you know we have received the merchandise. A refund, less a 1.5% transaction fee or $25.00, whichever is greater, will be issued within three working days of confirmation of receipt.
